TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF PION CLINICIAN CAREFULLY BEFORE VISITING, DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, USING THE PLATFORM, AND/OR ENJOYING ANY FEATURES AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY PION CLINICIAN.

These Terms and Conditions of the PION CLINICIAN Platform ("Terms and Conditions") contain all the rules and regulations that automatically bind you as a User of the PION CLINICIAN Platform and/or Services. By continuing to use this Platform, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the entire content of these Terms and Conditions.


  1. DEFINITIONS
  • PION CLINICIAN / We: PT Pranaya Mitra Insani, a legally registered firm committed to providing high-quality psychology/mental health services.
  • Platform: Digital media used by PION CLINICIAN (including but not limited to websites, applications, or digital links) to provide Services.
  • User/Client/You: Any person or legal entity using and enjoying all features and/or Services provided on the PION CLINICIAN Platform. Users under the age of 18 declare that access to the Platform has been acknowledged and approved by a parent/legal guardian.
  • Professional: Practitioners providing services at PION CLINICIAN, including but not limited to Psychologists, Doctors, or Therapists, who have their respective educational backgrounds, expertise, and specializations, and hold official practice licenses (SIPP/STR).
  • Affiliates: (i) the controlling party of; (ii) a subsidiary of; or (iii) parties under the same control as PT Pranaya Mitra Insani.

  1. PION CLINICIAN SERVICES
    PION CLINICIAN services are classified as follows and may be added, changed, and/or updated by Us at any time:
  1. Individual & Family Services: Assessment (Child, Adolescent, Adult, Special), Consultation, Counseling (Individual, Couples, Family, Lactation), Theraplay, EMDR, ACT, DBT, and supporting well-being services (Financial and Legal Consultation, Life Coaching).
  2. PION Edu: Services focused on education and career development from childhood to adulthood.
  3. Corporate Service: Including Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Assessment Center, and Training & Development.
  1. SERVICE PROCEDURES AND SCHEDULING
    III. A. Registration
  • Users must register on the PION CLINICIAN Platform before receiving Services.
  • Scheduling can be done at least 2 (two) days before 4:00 PM WIB through the web platform or with the help of the PION CLINICIAN administrative team.
  1. B. Fees
  • Upon determining the date and type of session, the Client agrees to make an advance payment for the first 1-hour session reservation + Administrative Fees.
  • Duration Calculation: Session durations between 45-60 minutes are counted as a 1-hour session. Any time extension after the first hour will be charged per 15-minute increments.
  1. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
  2. IV. A. Rescheduling & Cancellation
  • Free Rescheduling can only be done a maximum of 1 (one) time, informed at the latest D-2 before 4:00 PM WIB.
  • The replacement session must be conducted within 1 (one) month of the original session.
  • Cancellations made within the D-2 to D-Day window are considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
  1. B. Acceptable Reasons for Free Rescheduling/Cancellation: Bereavement, transportation issues, and natural disasters (force majeure) such as fire, flood, earthquake, etc.
  2. C. Rescheduling and Cancellation by the Professional
  • If a cancellation or rescheduling occurs because the Professional is unavailable within the D-2 to D-Day window, the Client will be given a voucher for 1 (one) free session as compensation.
  1. D. Refund Management
  • The refund transfer process is carried out within H+14 (working days) from the date the manual refund request is received.
  • Administrative fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases of full cancellation by the Professional.

  1. VALIDITY AND SUPERVISION
    PION CLINICIAN is part of PT Pranaya Mitra Insani. All our Professionals are officially licensed clinical practitioners (SIPP/STR), under the auspices of the Indonesian Psychological Association (HIMPSI) or the Clinical Psychology Association (IPK), and are subject to the applicable professional code of ethics.

  2. DATA PRIVACY POLICY
    We collect Personal Data provided directly by You, including identification, contact, and payment information. We use this data to process transactions, provide services, analyze user behavior, and protect our platform. We will store Personal Data as long as it is needed to fulfill legal or business purposes, typically up to 10 (ten) years from the date of collection.
  3. CLIENT STATEMENT By using Our products/services, You declare Your agreement to these Terms of Use and Personal Data Policy, including all future amendments.
